JL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED ("BOLT", "we", "us") provides the Bolt Powerbank application and shared power-bank rental service.
Depending on the features you use, we may process your name, email address, phone number, account and login identifiers, precise or approximate location, station and device information, rental and return history, payment or refund information, support messages, uploaded support images, app interactions, diagnostics and security records.
We use information to create and secure accounts, show nearby stations, provide rentals and returns, process or reconcile payments and refunds, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain service reliability, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.
Information may be processed by providers that support payment processing, maps, authentication, hosting, communications and customer support. These may include Stripe, Google, Apple, LINE and the payment method selected by you, such as PromptPay, TrueMoney, Alipay or WeChat Pay. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal, tax or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
You can manage device permissions in iOS. You can initiate deletion from Settings → Delete Account in the app. We will delete account data that we are not legally required to retain and will explain any required retention. You may also contact us about access, correction or deletion.
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards. The service is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to its use.
